Reapit is an end-to-end technology platform for estate agencies of all sizes.

This was a two month project with a team consisting of myself, a UX Designer & a PM.

Reapit is the market leader in their industry but their current site did not convey this.

Despite being the market leader, Reapit's software itself was outdated.

This proved a challenge for us from a design perspective as the clients initial preferences included many SaaS websites where the product is at the forefront.

The first step was to run a workshop with the client to find out their needs and expectations.

The workshop ended up being very successful and the product vision was a lot more clear.

The next stage was to start thinking about the IA of the site and begin building some wireframes.

New vision

O

Reapit has quite a complicated product.

It was clear that a huge current issue was potential customers not being able to understand the product from browsing through the current site.

<!-- problem solving-->

relatable tone

We changed the technical language to a more relatable tone that first time users would understand alongside value propositions.

"Why would I want to invest & use this product?"

real measurements

"15,000+ estate agency branches" to "8% average increase in overall revenue"

"1,000,000+ properties managed" to "16% increase in overall data accuracy"

Product problems

Product demonstrations

We decided to take some screenshots of the software, blur out the background and highlight small, simple features.

This technique meant the user could still see parts of the product without having to see that itwas dated.

customer trust

Despite the product imagery not being the greatest, we thought it was still necessary to show what we could.

We took inspiration here from SaaS websites like Webflow & Asana.
